Dulani Gonzalez spoke in support of the Sobrias recovery program. He shared that at age 35, he had been in and out of treatment facilities his entire life, and that previous attempts at recovery had not been successful until he attended Sobrius. He appeared before the council to provide testimony in favor of a new facility. (45:24 – 45:44)
